01How does Sell-U LAB work?
You create your academy, point it to your own domain and paste your Stripe keys. You upload your courses, build the sales page with the builder and publish. From then on, every purchase lands straight in your account.
02How much does it cost?
We charge no commission per sale: we are not a payment intermediary, so the money never goes through us. The platform plan is quoted for your case; message us and we will send you the number.
03Do you really charge no commission per sale?
Correct. The payment goes from the student’s card to your Stripe account. The only deduction is what Stripe charges anyone for processing.
04Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Pages are built by dragging blocks. Every key you need to paste (Stripe, pixels, WhatsApp) comes with a step-by-step guide with screenshots inside the dashboard, and on save the platform checks right away that it works.
05Can I bring my students from my current platform?
Yes. There are built-in importers for Hotmart, Kiwify, Skool and Teachable, plus a public API and connectors for n8n, Make and Zapier.
06What if I ever want to leave?
Exporting everything that is yours is a platform feature, not a favor. Open the open-platform module and take your content, students and data with you.
07Will my students see your brand?
No. Each academy runs on its own domain, not on a path inside ours, and the student portal carries your brand.
08What currency do I charge in?
In whatever currency you set for your academy. Showing visitors the price converted to their country is not available yet: it is listed as pending and we won’t promise it before it’s ready.
09Does the platform issue invoices?
Not yet. Buyers receive the access email, not a tax receipt. If your market requires an invoice, today you issue it separately. It is one of the first things left to build.
